Travelling by air to South Africa  

There are 10 principle airports in South Africa, with the 3 major ones being Cape Town International, OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg and Durban International Airport. The other seven are domestic airports are in Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Kimberley, Upington and Pilanesberg. 

There are regular flights to and from African cities such as Blantyre, Cairo, Gaborone, Dar es Salaam, Harare, Lilongwe, Livingstone, Luanda, Lusaka, Kinshasa, Maputo, Manzini, Maun, Mauritius, Nairobi, Victoria Falls and Windhoek. Direct flights from major European cities and cities such as Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha, New York, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Buenos Aires, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Sao Paulo, Singapore, Sydney and Perth are also available for travel to South Africa.
